- Your Images are your images, that being said: we still have the right to delete an image of yours if we feel it does not meet our site standards.

- The Image uploaded is not pornography or of offensive material.
- To a max Image views per month/day/period.
- To a max Image per Account.
- To not abuse other Members.
- To not upload copyrighted material without the owner's permisions.
- To not misuse our services. Including, but not limited to:
- Upload Spam Images.
- Uploading Images only to advertise.
- That Images uploaded and hosted here should only be used for personal means. Commercially uploaded Images can and will be deleted if used for a comercial usage.
- To only use official upload methods for Simple Image, unless authencated by Simple Image.
- Violating any or all of the above can result in some ban time and/or the Images Uploaded being deleted.
- Older Images past the three (3) month mark which are greatly unused can be considered for deletion. This applies to anonymous uploads only. User Images will never be deleted unless they violate a poilcy.
